Terms and Conditions Booking & Appointments All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee to confirm your appointment. This fee is non-refundable if canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. For hair color appointments, a skin test is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Without this, I will not be able to proceed with the service. Payment I accept payments via cash or bank transfer for services. All booking fees must be paid via cash or bank transfer to confirm your appointment. Mobile Service I offer a mobile service to your home within 20 miles of LE67 (all charges included in the prices) If you are located beyond 20 miles, there will be an additional charge of £10 for travel. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid losing the booking fee. Aftercare I provide aftercare advice for all services, including coloring and cutting. Following these instructions will help ensure your hair remains healthy and your color lasts as long as possible. Liability I am fully insured with ABT Insurance, one of the most recognized insurance providers in the UK, to ensure peace of mind while I perform services. I am not liable for any reactions, issues, or damages that arise due to the failure to follow aftercare instructions or a lack of a skin test for coloring services.
