To ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone, please note the following late arrival policy:
🩷 If you are **10 or more minutes late** to your scheduled appointment, I will unfortunately be unable to carry out your service that day.
🩷 Your appointment must still be **paid in full**, and we will need to reschedule your session for another day.
I completely understand that life happens, and delays are sometimes unavoidable. However, I work on a very tight schedule, and late arrivals make it hard for me to stay on track and give each client the time and care they deserve.
