Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All booking fees are non-refundable.

In the event of a no-show, the full appointment value (100%) remains payable. Failure to settle outstanding balances will result in future bookings and payment services being blocked.

For all in-salon bookings, cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service booked.
