Sitting in Neeks chair to have my re-tie was an experience. To start with your time with her is exclusive. You are her only client at the time of your appointment, so no hopping from one client to the other, It is all about you and your hair. It was not just about the re-tie, but about how to take care of your hair, recommended products for your hair type, (not just her own products), aftercare etc. She was the ultimate professional. The evenviroment is clean and a well thought of set up for a small space. There is even a snack bar in case you are running low on energy or not had breakfast like me. Also found her web page to be interactive. Also before Neeks take you on as a new client, you are offered a 30min virtual appointment. That seal the deal for me. It is for these reasons I highly recommend Hapi Naturals Locs.

Always a positive experience from start to end. The space is clean, calm and well maintained. Neeks provides an above standard service and is always welcoming and accommodating. I've been with Nika for 15 months now, from the initial consultation to the continued maintenance of my troublesome micro locs Nika has been a brilliant loctician.
