1. Bookings

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, email, or social media and are subject to availability.

2. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, recent surgery, and any health conditions that may affect treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being refused or discontinued.

3. Suitability for Treatment

All treatments are subject to professional assessment. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Deposits

A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits may be transferred to another appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

5. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

Failure to attend without notice may result in the full treatment fee being charged.

6. Payments

Payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Treatment Results

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Results depend on several factors, including lifestyle, hydration, diet, exercise, medical history, and compliance with aftercare advice.

8. Aftercare

Clients agree to follow all aftercare guidance provided following treatment.

Haus of Lymphatic & Sculpt cannot accept responsibility for reduced results where aftercare advice has not been followed.

9. Contraindications

Treatments may not be suitable for clients with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to:

Pregnancy

Active cancer or current cancer treatment

Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

Severe heart disease

Active infections

Kidney or liver disease

Certain implanted medical devices

Other medical conditions identified during consultation

10. Medical Disclaimer

Our treatments are designed to support wellness, recovery, and body contouring. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Clients should seek advice from their GP or healthcare professional where appropriate.

11. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable care is taken to provide safe and professional treatments, Haus of Lymphatic & Sculpt accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or adverse reaction arising from inaccurate medical information provided by the client or failure to follow aftercare instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
