I got a Korean lash lift and eyebrow waxing for the first time. Havannah takes great care in her work and her customer service is amazing. She’s so bubbly, which made me feel at home straight away. I’m obsessed with the results & I left looking like a baddie 💕💕💕 Thank you 💕💕

I've had eyelash extensions and eyebrow waxing done by Havannah many times and she's a dream I always leave feeling like a new woman and her space is so lovely. She's also an absolutely sweetheart I really look forward to my appointments! Can't recommend her enough!

I had a brow lamination and enhanced lashes with Havannah and I am absolutely obsessed with the results! It was my first time visiting Havannah and from the moment I arrived I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. She explained everything she was doing step by step and really put me at ease throughout the whole treatment. Havannah has such a lovely, calming aura and genuinely goes above and beyond — nothing is ever too much for her. She’s a true perfectionist and really takes the time to cater to all your needs. I couldn’t be happier and will 100% be returning. Highly recommend! ✨

I have been coming to Havannah for a few years now. She is always 100% on it with new treatments and always becoming more skilled at her craft. She is always kind and considerate whilst giving you your treatment. I recently had the new Korean LVL and couldn't be happier with my results.

Hav is honestly so beautiful, inside and out - and she will absolutely make sure you leave her, feeling exactly the same way! I usually have the half and half (half lash lift, half extensions) for a natural enhancement with a bit more 'oomph' and they are unreal every time! I always get so many compliments, and people asking me where I get them done! Couldn't recommend her more, for whatever you may want, she is your girl!

I have returned to Havannah for the second time this year and I couldn't be more happy with results. I can’t recommend her enough! She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her work. Every set is so beautifully tailored to suit you and she always takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and happy throughout the appointment — it honestly feels like therapy while getting your lashes done. I’m always in love with the results and constantly get compliments! Me and all my friends go to her and it’s easy to see why. Truly the best in the business in Birmingham 🫶🏾
