1. Appointments, Patch Tests & Treatments
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
- A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before certain treatments (including lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow treatments where applicable).
- It is your responsibility to ensure a patch test has been carried out if needed. If you are unsure, please contact me before booking.
- If you choose to proceed without a patch test, you do so at your own risk, and I cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities.
- You must inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or previous reactions before your appointment.
- Results and retention can vary depending on your aftercare, lifestyle, and natural lash/brow cycle, so specific results cannot be guaranteed.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Show
By booking, you are agreeing to the following cancellation policy:
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
- Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in being charged 100% of the treatment cost or loss of deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if sufficient notice is given.
- Arriving late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled, depending on availability, and the full fee may still apply.
3. Infill & Touch-Up Policy
- Lash infill appointments require at least 40% of lash extensions remaining. Anything less will be charged as a full set.
- Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes and no eye makeup. If you arrive with makeup on the eye area, this may incur an additional cleaning fee or reduce treatment time.
- If you experience any issues with your lashes, I offer free touch-ups within 72 hours of your original appointment. After this time, appointments will be charged as normal.
