Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a card capture is required. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking; however, in the event of a late cancellation or a “no-show,” the applicable fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. Please note that no further appointments can be made until any outstanding balances are settled.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment amendments or cancellations. If at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment to an alternative date and time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
We operate a three-strike policy. If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend your appointment on three occasions, you will be removed from our booking system and will no longer be able to schedule future appointments with us.
