- Booking & Cancellation Policy
All appointments must comply with our Booking & Cancellation Policy. Charges may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.
- Age Requirement & Identification Clients must be 18 years or older. Valid photo ID must be shown at your first appointment and may be requested again if needed.
- Medical History Disclosure Clients are required to provide full and accurate medical information, including any medications, allergies, or recent treatments. HD Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for complications resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.
- Right to Refuse Treatment We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or not in the best interest of the client.
- Behaviour & Conduct Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated. Such behaviour may result in the cancellation of your appointment and refusal of future bookings.
- Aftercare Compliance Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided to ensure safe healing and optimal treatment results.
