Rest & Relax: Allow time to unwind after your massage — your body may feel more sensitive or deeply relaxed. Avoid Excess Stimulants: Limit caffeine and avoid alcohol for 24 hours to support your body’s natural recovery process.


Waxing Aftercare

To ensure the best results and protect your skin, please follow these guidelines after your waxing treatment: 🚫 For the first 24–48 hours, avoid: Heat treatments such as saunas, hot baths, or steamy showers. Sunbeds and direct UV exposure. Chlorinated water (e.g. swimming pools, jacuzzi's). Intense exercise, or anything that may cause friction or sweating 🌿After 48 hours: We recommend using Ruff Stuff Scrub to help prevent ingrown hairs and keep your skin smooth.
