Securing Your AppointmentAll appointments require valid card details and a 50% booking fee.
This ensures your space is reserved just for you.
Changing or Cancelling24+ hours’ notice: You can reschedule easily using the link in your confirmation email.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% fee of the reserved service will apply, and rescheduling won’t be available.
A Gentle ReminderWe understand that life happens 💖. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your slot to someone else.

Courses of treatment or packages must be paid for in advance and in full. The cancellation terms above apply to all bookings. These are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Each package has a limited time for use and all treatments must be used before the date of expiry. Any unused treatments after the expiry date will be lost. It is the client's responsibility to book the treatments within the allocated time frame.
