**More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge. You may reschedule online via your confirmation email.
**Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% fee of the reserved service will apply. Rescheduling is not available.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change your booking. All bookings must be secured with valid card details and 50% deposit.

Courses of treatment or packages must be paid for in advance and in full. The cancellation terms above apply to all bookings. These are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Each package has a limited time for use and all treatments must be used before the date of expiry. Any unused treatments after the expiry date will be lost. It is the client's responsibility to book the treatments within the allocated time frame.
