Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that supports the nervous system, the body’s natural capacity for regulation, and a deeper sense of inner balance.
During a session, you remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on the treatment table. Using light, respectful touch, I listen to subtle rhythms and patterns within the body, allowing the system to settle at its own pace.
BCST is not about forcing change or “fixing” the body. It offers a calm, supportive space where tension, stress and overwhelm can begin to soften, and where the body may reconnect with its own resources.
People often come for BCST when they are experiencing stress, anxiety, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, persistent tension, headaches, sleep difficulties, chronic discomfort, or periods of transition.
Each session is different. Some people feel deeply relaxed, some notice warmth, spaciousness or subtle movement, and others simply experience a quiet sense of rest. The work is gentle, but it can be deeply restorative.
What to expect
You will be invited to lie down fully clothed, usually on your back. Touch may be placed gently at areas such as the feet, shoulders, spine or head, always with your consent and comfort in mind.
There is no need to talk throughout the session, although you are welcome to share anything important. The pace is slow, spacious and led by your body’s response.
Who is it for?
BCST may be suitable for people who feel stressed, depleted, sensitive, overwhelmed, or in need of gentle support. It can also be helpful for those who prefer a quieter and less forceful approach than massage.
Important note
BCST is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical care, diagnosis or treatment. If you have any medical concerns, please speak with your GP or healthcare provider.
