What a great experience as usual! Warmly greeted by both Charlie and the salon dogs. Charlie keeps her salon very clean and neat and tidy. Soft music playing in the background, a great ambience. All in all a very relaxing time, great chat and best of all, a wonderful end product. I am always complimented on my nails when out and about and that is all thanks to Charlie, her professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend 👌

First of all wow Charlie is the most welcoming professional and kind person EVER I went to Charlie with nails that were RUINED by acrylics embarrassed and wanting help Not only did she get my nails looking AMAZING she gave me a solution to my nail health journey Her knowledge is amazing and genuinely wants the best for you and your nails !!! I’ve now been going to Charlie at imagine nails and beauty for year and honestly I would never go anywhere else! One she’s so amazing listens to all my nonsense and is kind and caring Two knows her stuff my nails have NEVER been better Three she has soooo many products and colours I can literally have anything I want and she is sooo skilled it looked amazing every time Four her salon is amazing so clean and comfortable and her wonderful dogs have the most kind and beautiful temperament that makes every appointment that little bit more special I can’t thank her enough for bringing my nails back to life Please if you do anything GO TO CHARLIE FOR YOUR NAILS!!! 🥰

Had another lovely pamper session from Charlie today getting my nail polish removed. She makes you feel so relaxed and I can honestly say it is the first time my nails haven't been destroyed by having nail gel. Her products are so kind and gentle and I don't think I would ever go back to my old nail salons.

I have been looking for a nail technician local to me for a while that provides a personal touch in a clean, relaxed environment with a quality product, and I’ve finally found it! My toes and fingers look and feel great and are surviving 35 degree temperatures and frequent dips in the pool and look as good now, 5 days into my holiday, as they did when they were first done. Can’t recommend Charlie highly enough.

I have been coming to Charlie for a few months now. Not only is she the best at what she does she is a lovely person making you feel welcome. My nails have gone from unhealthy and broken to healthy and strong with Charlie’s help and knowledge. Would strongly recommend.
