You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 72hr hours before your appointment. 
At least 48hrs is required for cancellations. If you cancel less than 48hrs before the start of your booked appointment, you will be charged 50%. 
If you cancel less than 24hrs before the start of your booked appointment, or if you do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
PunctualityIf you are running late, please let me know ASAP.
If you are late, I will try and hold your appointment but if you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may be limited or cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the treatment booked.
If you arrive early, please wait in your car and send me a text to let me know you are here.
I will message as soon as I am ready as I will need to sanitise the desk, tools or need a quick refreshment break.
AmendmentsIf you choose to change your treatments, please give me 48hrs notice.
If you change it at the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
If you need to change the date or time, this can be done within 48hrs of your appointment.
If requested within 24hrs and I cannot accommodate you, you will be charged 100%.
Online BookingsWhen booking online you will receive a Consultation Form to complete. This must be completed prior to your appointment.
You are required to pay a 50% deposit for each appointment made. This can roll over to your next appointment. Deposits are non refundable unless notice of 48hrs is given.

Client Consultation FormsPrior to each appointment you will receive a Client Consultation Form to complete. This must be completed prior to your appointment.
This is required for my business insurance.
Once you have completed your first form, it will default to your previous answers and if everything is the same, you can just click and sign, easy peasy.
I will check each form prior to your appointment to see if there are any changes.
Nail RepairsIf you require a repair, in the first 48hrs after your appointment, (depending on what caused it), there will be no charge for repair.
Anything after 48hrs will be charged accordingly.
