Please be aware by making an appointment you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions. Inside Out Beauty reserves the right to cancel, delay, shorten or change treatments where reasonably necessary as a result of the details below.
We will send you an email to confirm your booking at the time it is made. Please check your appointment details and let us know as soon as possible if anything is incorrect. We will be happy to amend this for you.
ARRIVAL TIME Please arrive on-time for your appointment. If you arrive early please be prepared to wait until your booked appointment time.
LATE ARRIVALS If you are running late for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals within 15 minutes of your appointment time by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining at the full price. In the case of some treatments however late arrival may mean that we unable to honour your booking.
If you need to cancel or amend your appointment you can do this up to 48 hours before without a charge. Any cancellations or amendments after this period will result in a 50% treatment charge.

Membership Terms & Conditions
By joining the Inside Out Skin Club, you agree to the following membership terms and conditions.
1. Monthly Membership
Your chosen membership fee will be collected automatically each month using the payment method provided when joining.
Membership fees are payable monthly and must remain up to date for membership benefits to remain active.
2. Monthly Treatment Credit
Each membership includes a specified amount of treatment credit every month.
Your monthly treatment credit is intended to encourage consistency with your treatments and therefore must be used within the relevant membership month.

3. Using Your Credit
Membership credit can be used towards eligible treatments at Inside Out Beauty.
If your chosen treatment costs more than your available monthly credit, you simply pay the remaining balance.
For example:
£49 monthly credit + £100 treatment = £51 remaining to pay.
Membership credit cannot be combined with promotional discounts, sale prices or other offers unless specifically stated.
4. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits vary depending on your chosen membership level and may include:

5. Founding Membership Places
Only a limited number of membership places will initially be available.
Once the allocated membership spaces are filled, new applications may be placed on a waiting list until another membership place becomes available.
Holding a membership place is subject to monthly payments remaining active.
6. Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership by providing at least 14 days’ notice before your next scheduled payment.
If your next payment has already been processed, that month’s membership will remain active until the end of the relevant membership period.
Membership payments already collected are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Failed or Missed Payments
If a monthly membership payment fails, membership benefits and treatment credit may be temporarily suspended until payment has been successfully collected.
Repeated failed payments may result in the membership being cancelled and the membership place being offered to another client.
8. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
Inside Out Beauty’s usual appointment cancellation policy continues to apply to all membership appointments.
If an appointment is cancelled outside of the permitted cancellation period or the client fails to attend, the relevant treatment credit and/or cancellation charge may still be forfeited or charged in line with the booking policy.
Membership does not override the standard cancellation and no-show policy.
9. Treatment Suitability
Being a Skin Club member does not guarantee suitability for any particular treatment.
All treatments remain subject to:
If a particular treatment is not suitable, an appropriate alternative may be recommended where possible.
10. Complimentary Upgrades & Benefits
Complimentary enhancements included within a membership are subject to treatment suitability and availability.
Some enhancements cannot safely or appropriately be combined with certain treatments.
Where this applies, an alternative suitable benefit may be offered at Inside Out Beauty’s discretion.
11. Offers & Promotional Treatments
Membership credit and member discounts cannot normally be used alongside:

12. Membership Pauses
Memberships cannot routinely be paused.
In exceptional circumstances, such as extended travel or other significant circumstances, a temporary pause may be considered at Inside Out Beauty’s discretion.
Any pause must be agreed before the next membership payment is due.
13. Changes to Membership
Inside Out Beauty may occasionally update membership benefits, prices or terms.
Where a material change affects an existing member, reasonable advance notice will be provided before the change takes effect.
Members will have the opportunity to cancel before a price increase takes effect if they do not wish to continue.
14. Treatment Credit Has No Cash Value
Membership credit:

15. Ending a Membership
Inside Out Beauty reserves the right to end a membership where there are repeated failed payments, misuse of membership benefits, repeated breaches of booking policies or inappropriate behaviour towards the business.
Any action taken will remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
IMPORTANT — YOUR MONTHLY CREDIT
Your membership is designed to help you stay consistent with your treatments.
For this reason, your treatment credit is refreshed each month and unused credit does not roll over.
We strongly recommend booking your next appointment in advance so you can make full use of your membership each month.
