Iâm Shelley, a beauty therapist based in Great Sutton, Cheshire and the proud owner of Inspiring Beauty by Shelley. I work from my home-based treatment room, where Iâve created a calm and welcoming space for clients to relax and enjoy their treatments.
I currently specialise in eyelash extensions, lash lifts and tints, and brow waxing and tinting, with plans to soon introduce a variety of facial treatments.
My goal is to help every client feel confident and beautiful while creating a relaxing experience from start to finish. Whether you prefer a natural enhancement or a more defined look, Iâll work with you to achieve results that enhance your features and leave you feeling your best.

Your safety and comfort are my top priority! This quick and simple patch test ensures you have no sensitivities or allergic reactions to the products used for your lash extensions, lash lifts, or lash tints.

Deposits, Cancellation and Rescheduling
New Clients: To confirm your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is paid at your appointment by cash or bank transfer. Because your time is reserved just for you, a small fee applies if you need to cancel or reschedule:
More than 48 hoursâ notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a new date (otherwise itâs lost). Less than 48 hoursâ notice: 50% of the treatment fee will be charged (your deposit counts toward this). Less than 24 hoursâ notice or missed appointment: Full treatment fee applies (your deposit counts toward this).
Returning Clients: To secure your appointment, please enter your card details at booking. The full treatment fee is paid at your appointment by cash or bank transfer. If you need to cancel or reschedule:
Less than 48 hoursâ notice: 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. Less than 24 hoursâ notice or missed appointment: Full treatment fee applies.
Please Note: Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation, as your time has been reserved and may be hard to fill. This helps us manage time fairly and gives all clients a chance to book.
Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid running into the next clientâs time. This may be the case for lash lift and brow treatments as there may be insufficient time to complete your treatment. Please let me know as soon as possible if youâre running late â Iâll always do my best to accommodate where I can.
Refunds Refunds are not available once a treatment has been completed. If you experience any issues within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me directly and Iâll do my best to resolve your concerns.
Patch Tests All new clients must book a consultation and patch test at 24-48 hours before their first lash treatment. This helps ensure your comfort and safety during your appointment.
Infills For quality and safety reasons, I do not infill lashes applied by other technicians. All new clients will begin with a full set. Infills are recommended every 2â3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. Appointments made after 4 weeks may require a full set. Booking your infill in advance helps ensure your preferred day and time are available.
Photos Before and after photos are taken to help track progress, record treatment results, and for insurance purposes. These images are kept private and stored securely. If you have provided written consent on your consultation form, your photos may also be shared online to showcase my work and for promotional purposes. You can withdraw this consent at any time â just let me know.
