Terms & Conditions

To make sure everything runs smoothly and fairly for all clients, please take a few moments to read through the policies below before booking your appointment.

Deposits, Cancellation and Rescheduling

New Clients:

To confirm your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is paid at your appointment by cash or bank transfer. Because your time is reserved just for you, a small fee applies if you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a new date (otherwise it’s lost).
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment fee will be charged (your deposit counts toward this).
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointment: Full treatment fee applies (your deposit counts toward this).

Returning Clients:

To secure your appointment, please enter your card details at booking. The full treatment fee is paid at your appointment by cash or bank transfer. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointment: Full treatment fee applies.
  • Deposits may be required for some returning clients following repeated short-notice cancellations.

Please Note:

Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation, as your time has been reserved and may be hard to fill. This helps us manage time fairly and gives all clients a chance to book.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid running into the next client’s time. This may be the case for lash lift and brow treatments as there may be insufficient time to complete your treatment.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you’re running late — I’ll always do my best to accommodate where I can.

Refunds

Refunds are not available once a treatment has been completed. If you experience any issues within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me directly and I’ll do my best to resolve your concerns.

Patch Tests

All new clients must book a consultation and patch test at 24-48 hours before their first lash treatment. This helps ensure your comfort and safety during your appointment.

Infills

For quality and safety reasons, I do not infill lashes applied by other technicians. All new clients will begin with a full set.

Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. Appointments made after 4 weeks may require a full set. Booking your infill in advance helps ensure your preferred day and time are available.

Photos

Before and after photos are taken to help track progress, record treatment results, and for insurance purposes. These images are kept private and stored securely. If you have provided written consent on your consultation form, your photos may also be shared online to showcase my work and for promotional purposes. You can withdraw this consent at any time — just let me know.

Privacy & Data Protection Policy

When you book or receive a treatment, I may collect

Your name, contact details, and booking information

Relevant medical or allergy details

Patch test results and treatment notes

Photographs (before and after treatments)

Your information is used only for:

Managing your bookings and treatments

Contacting you about appointments or aftercare

Meeting insurance and legal obligations

Maintaining secure photographic and treatment records

Sharing photos for marketing purposes only with your written consent

How your data is stored

All data (including photos) is stored securely, either digitally or on paper, and is accessible only to me.

Your personal information is never sold or shared without your consent.

Your information will only be shared if required:

With my insurance provider, in the event of an incident or claim

When required by law or regulatory authorities

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the information I hold about you

Request corrections or deletion

Withdraw consent for marketing or photo use at any time
