Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all hair extension appointments. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be deducted from the final service price.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) may require full payment before any future bookings can be made.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment depending on the remaining time available. In this case, the deposit may be forfeited.
Hair Extension Maintenance
Hair extensions require regular maintenance. Clients are responsible for booking their maintenance appointments within the recommended timeframe (typically every 6–8 weeks, depending on the method used).
Failure to follow the recommended maintenance schedule may result in matting, tangling, or damage, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients will receive aftercare instructions following their service. It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions. Improper care, incorrect products, or failure to follow advice may reduce the lifespan of the hair extensions and may void any guarantee.
Hair Quality
We only use professional-grade hair extensions. However, the longevity of the hair depends on proper care, maintenance, lifestyle, and products used at home.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the service and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on hair extension services or used hair. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment so we can assess and resolve the issue where possible.
Allergies & Medical Conditions
Clients must inform us of any allergies, scalp conditions, or medical issues prior to their appointment. We cannot be held responsible for reactions where this information has not been disclosed.
Liability
While every care is taken during the service, we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from previous chemical treatments, poor hair condition, or improper aftercare.
