The studio is strictly 18+ only and there are no exceptions to this, sorry!
To maintain a comfortable and neurodivergent friendly space, I offer 1-1 appointments and I don’t have a large waiting area, so please refrain from bringing additional guests unless it’s essential. Children are not allowed as your plus-1 under any circumstances. If you’re attending consecutive appointments with someone, you’re of course welcome to come together. I am more than happy to accommodate reasonable requests that help make you more comfortable (eg. silent appointments, wearing headphones, watching tv shows etc) please just let me know beforehand so i can prepare appropriately!
I run a cash-less business so the total amount is to be paid via card (contactless payment) at your appointment. I do not accept bank transfers or late payments.
No homophobia or racism (this includes calling high street salons “the chinese” - yes, it is racist). In short, don’t be a prick.
Please note: I'm at full capacity for weekend clients so Saturday appointments are for regulars only.
You will need to complete a consent form before you attend your first appointment with me. A consent form is necessary to ensure I’m aware of any allergies and/or health conditions, as well as confirmation of your understanding of my policies. This will be emailed to you alongside your booking confirmation (it may end up in your junk folder!) - every time you book an appointment with me you will be asked to confirm that the consent form details are still correct.
When arriving to your first appointment please ensure you have bare nails. If you have existing product on your nails not done by me, you need to ensure you’re also booking a removal alongside your chosen service. If you haven’t booked a removal and you arrive with foreign product still on, I likely won’t be able to go ahead with the full scheduled appointment but you will be responsible for paying the full scheduled appointment cost.
If you’re running late to your appointment, please drop me a message on Instagram as soon as you can to let me know. If you’re 5-10 minutes late, we might need to simplify your nail art so we can still fit everything in. It might not seem like a lot, but even a few minutes can cut into prep time, which affects the quality and how long your nails will last, so being on time is hugely appreciated.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will likely need to be cancelled and treated as a no-show. A no-show is responsible for paying the full cost of the missed appointment. Failure to do so means you’re unable to book any future appointments with me.
If you cancel your appointment on the day or don’t show up, you will not be able to book in again until the full cost of the missed appointment is paid.
I completely understand that life happens and delays are sometimes unavoidable, but I often work on a tight schedule with back-to-back clients, so these policies help keep everything running smoothly as a self-employed small business.
Thanks so much for understanding!
