Terms and Conditions

- A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to book any appointment. Please note this is transferrable once, thereafter another deposit will be required. - I don’t charge late fees however your lateness affects your booking. I do not work over so please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service. - The cancellation fee is £20, if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before, you will be required to pay the fee before booking again. - No shows will be required to pay the full outstanding balance before booking another appointment. - Do not arrive early for your appointment unless discussed previously beforehand. - I strictly do not have offer refunds under any circumstances. If there is a problem in the first 72 hours, I will rectify free of charge within seven days of your initial appointment. However, if the problem is self-inflicted by not following the correct aftercare, you will be charged for a repair/ infill. - Please ask if your child can attend, I try my best to accommodate but not always possible. * out-of-hours appts are an additional £10
