  • Aim to drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water throughout the day.

2. Rest and Recovery

  • Allow your body to rest. Avoid strenuous physical activities or workouts for at least 24 hours post-massage.
  • Give your muscles time to recover and heal.

3. Stretching

  • Engage in gentle stretching exercises to maintain flexibility and prevent muscle stiffness.
  • Avoid aggressive stretching that could cause strain.

4. Heat and Ice

  • Apply a warm compress to areas that feel tight or sore to promote relaxation and blood flow.
  • If experiencing inflammation or swelling, use a cold compress to reduce it. Alternate between heat and cold as needed.

5. Bathing
