Excellent service from Josh - he really listened to all my concerns and tailored my session perfectly, and even took the time to suggest additional stretches I could fit into my workout that would help me manage my issues. Josh really knows his stuff, not going to lie the sports massage was painful and I might have squealed a ridiculous amount, but my hamstrings, calves and quads feel so much better already inside an hour after years of pain!
