Lash Lift Aftercare

First 24–48 Hours (Critical Period): 1. Keep Lashes Dry Avoid water, steam, or sweating to allow the lift to set properly. 2. Avoid Eye Makeup Do not apply mascara, eyeliner, or other eye makeup. 3. No Rubbing or Touching Avoid touching or manipulating your lashes. 4. No Oil-Based Products Avoid creams, makeup removers, or serums near the eye area. After 48 Hours: 1. Gentle Cleansing Only Use a gentle, non-oily cleanser to wash your face and avoid harsh scrubbing around the eyes. 2. Avoid Waterproof Mascara Stick to water-based mascaras if needed, as waterproof formulas can weaken the lift. 3. Condition Your Lashes Apply a nourishing lash serum or conditioner (Elleebana recommends their Elleeplex Aftercare Formula) to maintain healthy lashes . 4. Avoid Heat & Steam Prolonged exposure to heat (e.g., saunas, hot showers) can weaken the lift over time. 5. Brush Daily Gently brush your lashes with a clean spoolie to keep them looking neat and lifted.


Massage Aftercare

1. Drink water: Stay hydrated after your massage to flush out toxins. 2. Rest and relax: Give your body time to recover and avoid strenuous activities for the rest of the day. 3. Heat or cold therapy: Apply ice or heat if you experience any discomfort. 4. Stretch gently: Light stretching can help keep muscles relaxed. 5. Avoid alcohol: Refrain from consuming alcohol after your massage.


Post Microneedling Aftercare

1. Avoid direct sun exposure for at least a week. Wear SPF 30+ daily. 2. No make-up for 24 hours after treatment. 3. Apply a healing serum or moisturiser as advised to promote skin recovery. 4. Avoid hot showers, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 48 hours. 5. Do not pick or scratch the skin: Let the skin naturally heal and renew. 6. No active ingredients: Avoid products containing retinoids, acids, or other active ingredients for 72 hours post-treatment. 7. Avoid Strenuous Exercise for 24 hours WHAT TO EXPECT (Up to 7 Days Post-Treatment) Day 1-2: - Redness and swelling: Your skin may look sunburnt, with some redness and slight swelling. This is normal and should gradually subside. - Sensitivity: Skin may feel sensitive, tight, and warm to the touch. Day 3-4: - Dryness and flaking: Skin may begin to feel dry and start peeling or flaking as it heals. This is a natural part of the process. - Continued redness: Redness may still be present but should be noticeably reduced. Day 5-7: - Improved texture: Skin will start to look smoother and feel softer as the healing process continues. - Reduced redness: Any remaining redness should be almost gone, but some areas may still be slightly pink. - Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation: If you have a tendency to hyperpigmentation, you may notice some dark spots, but these will fade over time.


Post Facial Aftercare

1. Avoid touching your face for 24 hours to prevent irritation and bacteria transfer. 2. Keep your skin hydrated: Use a gentle moisturiser and apply it regularly. 3. Avoid sun exposure: Wear sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, even on cloudy days. 4. No harsh products: Avoid products containing retinoids, acids, or exfoliants for at least 48 hours. 5. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help your skin recover and glow. 6. No Make up for 24 hours after treatment 7. Change Pillowcase and lean your phone to avoid bacterial cross contamination


Post Peel Aftercare

1. Avoid direct sun exposure: Use SPF 30+ daily and wear a hat to protect your skin. 2. Moisturise regularly: Apply a soothing, hydrating moisturiser recommended by your specialist. 3. Do not pick or peel your skin: Let the skin naturally exfoliate over time. 4. Avoid intense exercise for 24-48 hours to reduce sweating and irritation. 5. Gentle cleansing: Use a mild, non-exfoliating cleanser for the first week. 6. No active ingredients: Avoid products containing retinoids, acids, or other active ingredients for 72 hours post-treatment. WHAT TO EXPECT (Up to 7 Days Post-Treatment) Day 1-2: - Redness and tightness: Your skin may be red, irritated, and feel tight or dry immediately after treatment. This is normal and should start to settle. - Sensitivity: Skin may feel sensitive and appear inflamed. Day 3-4: - Peeling and flaking: You may begin to notice skin peeling or flaking as the outer layer of dead skin is shed. Avoid picking or pulling at the skin to prevent scarring. - Dryness: Skin will feel dry and tight, but this is part of the skin’s renewal process. Day 5-7: - Exfoliation complete: Peeling should be mostly finished, and your skin will begin to feel softer and smoother. - Radiant skin: New, healthier skin will emerge, and your complexion will look brighter and more even. - Continued healing: There may still be some sensitivity or slight redness, but these symptoms should improve with proper hydration and sun protection.
