Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To secure your appointment, a 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes directly toward your treatment, leaving only the remaining 50% balance to be paid on the day of your appointment.

The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable due to immediate business costs incurred by Jura Skin Clinic.

**Important: If you choose to pay by card, non refundable card transaction fees will apply at 1.6% + 30p rate**

Cancellations & Rescheduling Window: 

Jura Skin Clinic requires a minimum of 72 hours' notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment. For any appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, your original 50% deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred to another date.

Rescheduling Limit: Deposits can only be transferred to a new date once within a 30-day period. The deposit will be forfeited should more than one reschedule be attempted, to protect the business time, scheduling availability, and administrative costs incurred by continuous calendar changes.

Changing Service Booked: If you wish to change your booking to a different or cheaper service than initially booked, please give a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Full charge of original service booked will apply where same day changes are requested.

True No-Shows & Same Day Cancellations: If you fail to show up for your appointment with zero notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel the day of your appointment, 100% of the treatment value will apply. The remaining balance must be paid before any future appointments can be booked, otherwise future bookings will be blocked.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Appointments booked using a gift voucher are subject to the same policies and T&C’s. This means the voucher value will be retained/forfeited in line with the above policies.

A Note On Discretion and Respect:

I understand that circumstances can change, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate exceptional circumstances at my discretion. I pride myself on behaving professionally and communicating respectfully with everyone, and I expect the same in return. Aggressive disrespectful behaviour or communication will not be tolerated, and may result in future appointments being declined.

These terms are designed to respect your time, and I hope you’ll understand the same is true of mine. I aim to always provide a fair service to all visitors to Jura Skin Clinic, while also protecting the business from losses incurred as a result of cancellations and recurring rescheduling. I’m truly grateful to you for respecting my time and allowing me to provide the best experience for all.

Agreement: By completing your booking online, paying your deposit via Solo, or to book your appointment in clinic, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to these terms.
