Terms & Conditions

To secure your appointment, a 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes directly toward your treatment, leaving only the remaining 50% balance to be paid on the day of your service.

Non-Refundable Deposit: This 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable due to immediate business costs incurred by Jura Skin Clinic which include: transaction fees, securing diary date/time, preparation, planning, and ensuring all required products and consumables are available in readiness for your appointment.

Rescheduling Appointments: A 10% Booking Fee applies to all rescheduled appointments. This covers the additional administrative time, costs, and losses incurred for re-processing your secured diary slot.

Rescheduling Limit: Deposits can only be transferred to a new date once within a 30-day period. Repeated rescheduling compounds the additional admin work, costs and losses incurred by previous changes. Therefore, deposits will be forfeited should more than one reschedule be attempted.

The 72-Hour Cancellation Window: Jura Skin Clinic requires a minimum of 72 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. For any appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, your original 50% deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred to another date.

Changing Service Booked: If you wish to change your booked treatment to a different or cheaper treatment, you must give a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

A 10% Booking Fee (based on the new treatment value) will be added to your final balance to cover the administrative work and diary changes. Any treatment changes requested with less than 72 hours' notice will forfeit the price difference to protect the business from any losses caused by the treatment and appointment time that was originally scheduled and secured.

All treatment changes are subject to availability and approval by Jura Skin Clinic.

True No-Shows & Day of Cancellations: to protect the clinic from losses caused by last minute notice/no shows, If you fail to show up for your appointment with zero notice, or cancel the day of your appointment, you will be liable for 100% of the total treatment balance. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before any future appointments can be booked, otherwise future bookings will be blocked.

A Note on Discretion & Respect I understand that circumstances might change and, under my discretion, I will accommodate exceptional circumstances where possible. However, a gesture of goodwill on one occasion does not automatically entitle the same discretion for any future appointments.

These terms are not a penalty, but are designed to protect the business integrity of Jura Skin Clinic to ensure we can continue providing fair service and availability for any and all clients - creating a mutually aligned and respectful space for everyone.

Agreement: By completing your booking online, paying your deposit via Solo, or to book your appointment in clinic, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
