Booking Policies Appointment Booking: - To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total treatment cost is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation, your appointment will result in an automatic cancellation. - This deposit will be applied to your final treatment cost. - Please note that deposits are non-refundable, and non-transferable (if rescheduling within a 48 hour window of appointment) Cancellation and No Show Policy: - If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”), the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged. - We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid this charge. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled. A new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Payments Policy: You’re welcome to pay by card or cash whichever works best for you however please note: Card payments: include a small service charge. Medical History Clearance Medical Clearance: - All treatments are subject to medical history clearance. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or allergies that may affect treatment outcomes. - Treatments will only proceed if there are no contraindications identified during the consultation process.
