NO CHILDREN POLICY

For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we are a child-free salon. In accordance with child protection regulations, clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the appointment. If a guardian is not present the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please note that a rescheduling fee may apply.

HEALTH CONCERNS

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns even if you feel they may not directly affect your treatment. Your health and safety are our top priority.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS

Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Less than 24hours notice or failure to attend will result in a 100% charge of the appointment cost.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, the full cost of the original treatment will still apply.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to change your treatment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request.
If you cancel without giving 24 hours notice, the full treatment cost will still be charged.

FEEDBACK & COMPLAINTS

Client satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

LIABILITY

JWren Hair is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings while on the premises.

Pre-Approval & Disclaimer

By booking this appointment, I confirm and understand that:

The hair extensions being removed were installed by another stylist and are not the work of JWren Hair.

As the installation and wear history is unknown, the time, process, and final cost of removal may vary depending on the condition of the extensions and natural hair.

I understand that additional time or charges may apply if matting, tangling, excess shedding, product buildup, or incorrect installation is present.

I acknowledge that some shedding is normal during extension removal, as naturally shed hair can become trapped over time.

JWren Hair will carry out the removal with care; however, I understand they cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage, breakage, or hair loss resulting from prior installation, wear, or maintenance.

In rare cases, I understand that cutting the beads may be necessary to safely remove the extensions and protect my natural hair.

I consent to the removal service under these terms.
