Terms and Conditions

Appointment Time Please arrive for your appointment time (ideally no more than 5 mins early). If you do happen to arrive earlier, please drop me a message to say you're outside, I may be back to back with other appointments, taking a break/cleaning up/may still be with a client etc. If you're running late, please give me the heads up if possible. Please note if your appointment falls on a weekend, appointment times are agreed to work alongside my home life/my dog/husbands shifts etc. Please be mindful and arrive at your booked time. Lone Appointments I kindly ask that you arrive alone for your appointment without children, family, friends etc. My nail room is small and only really fits 2 people comfortably. Please do not bring any pets. Methods of Payment I accept cash or bank transfer. If you pay by cash please ensure it's the correct amount as I do not keep any change. All prices can be found on my price list. Rescheduling Please provide as much notice as possible should you wish to reschedule. Please see cancellation details below. Cancellations I completely appreciate that everyone leads busy lives and some cancellations are unavoidable, however, should you cancel at short notice the day before or on the day of your appointment, then there will be a cancellation fee of £15. This includes cancelling & also rescheduling for a later date, the fee still applies. Please note I currently do not take % deposits in advance of your booking, as I have not felt it necessary. You will receive a booking reminder the day before your appointment. Should you fail to show for your appointment, there is a no show fee of £30. This amount is based on a builder gel service and will be a benchmark for no show fees going forward (subject to change as per price list). If you have booked and specified a gel service only at time of booking, you will be charged the full amount. Cancellation fees must be paid before any future appointments can be made. I will send you a payment request link for you to click on and pay the requested amount, or you can send via bank transfer. My nail business is my part-time job and I rely on this as income. Privacy Notice Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of managing your appointments and providing services. Changes to Policies Please note the above policies are in force to protect my business and income and may change from time to time.
