Terms and Conditions Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking a service, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below: 1. Patch Test Requirement • A patch test is mandatory for all new clients at least 48 hours before any color service. Failure to complete the patch test will result in the appointment being rescheduled. 2. Deposits for Hair Extensions • A 50% deposit is required at the consultation appointment to secure your hair extension booking unless otherwise stated. • Finance options are available through Klarna and Laybuy. These will be set up by the hairstylist and completed by the client at least 2 weeks before the appointment date. 3. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking amount. • For new hair extension fitting appointments, cancellations are not eligible for a refund once the deposit is processed. 4. Hair Extensions Deposit and Liability • All deposits for new hair extensions are non-refundable once processed. • Hair extensions provided in the salon are sourced from third-party suppliers. While the hairstylist ensures proper application, they are not responsible for the care, quality, or condition of the hair extensions once fitted. • Refunds or exchanges on hair extensions are not permitted under any circumstances.
