Amazing experience. Friendly and relaxed, whilst remaining professional, a skill indeed. I had the facial and massage package. Katie had magical hands, very relaxing body massage, no sense of rushing, hand pressure was spot on , perfect for what I wanted. She spoke quietly and gently, only when she needed to, which I find super relaxing. I nearly fell asleep. The facial used products that felt really good on my skin, lovely movement with her hands, enjoyed the contrast of warm, cold, exfoliation, mask. Katie offers choices of what massage you would like whilst the steamer is on. It was a lovely gentle pace. I felt very comfortable, relaxed and pampered. Having had many treatments in my life, I know what I like, and I really liked what Katie did. Her prices are extremely good too, I will be returning.

Katie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. As it was my first time having a lash lift she explained every step made sure I was comfortable which created a lovely environment.
