Welcome to KLE Hair! By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of service.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services.
2. Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
We will do our best to accommodate you if time allows.
3. Consultations
A consultation may be required for certain services (e.g. colour treatments)for insurance purposes.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
4. Pricing, Payment and Deposits
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and card.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required for all appointments. Once the service is carried out, the amount of the deposit will be taken off the final amount.
Deposits are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with the service provided, please notify us within 2 days.
We do not offer refunds, but we may provide adjustments or corrective services at our discretion.
6. Children & Guests
For safety and comfort, children under 10 must be supervised at all times.
Space is limited, so please avoid bringing extra guests unless necessary.
7. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
8. Photos & Marketing
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos for marketing purposes.
These images may be used on our website, social media, or printed materials.
9. Health & Safety
We follow strict hygiene and sanitation procedures in accordance with Barbicide.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
10. Right to Running Over Appointment Times / Unsociable Hours / Out-of-Hours Requests
Appointment times are allocated based on the average service duration; however, some services may occasionally run over the scheduled time. In the event that a service extends beyond the salon’s normal operating hours, the salon reserves the right to apply an additional charge for unsociable hours or extended appointment time. The salon also reserves the right to refuse to continue or complete a service if it cannot reasonably be finished within opening hours or without impacting subsequent clients. Where a client requests or requires services to be carried out outside of normal working hours or on a non-scheduled day, additional charges will apply to reflect out-of-hours working and staffing costs. Clients will always be informed as early as possible of any additional costs, and continuation of the service will be taken as acceptance of these charges. Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we will do our best to accommodate emergencies. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
