I had an absolutely fantastic microneedling facial with Krazimira. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She carefully cleansed my face and explained the process, and the microneedling itself was done very gently but effectively. After the treatment, she applied a lovely cooling mask which felt incredibly soothing. I left with my skin feeling very plump and refreshed. Once the redness settled down, I was really happy with the results. Krasimira is extremely professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time will be charged in full.
