I had an absolutely fantastic microneedling facial with Krazimira. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She carefully cleansed my face and explained the process, and the microneedling itself was done very gently but effectively. After the treatment, she applied a lovely cooling mask which felt incredibly soothing. I left with my skin feeling very plump and refreshed. Once the redness settled down, I was really happy with the results. Krasimira is extremely professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled at what she does. I will definitely be returning for another treatment soon and highly recommend her.
