Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or, if there is insufficient time remaining, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and charged in full.
Cancellations & No-Shows
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This policy is in place out of respect for my time and other clients.
Deposits & Payments
All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment cost. The remaining balance is payable at the end of your appointment. Payments in the salon can be made by cash or bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Intimate Waxing
For intimate waxing, clients must be 18 years or over. Your comfort, dignity, and privacy are always respected. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable, please get in touch before booking. Good hygiene is expected for all intimate treatments. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if hygiene standards are not met.
Medical & Skin Conditions
It is your responsibility to inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin sensitivities, or recent treatments that may affect your service. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being refused, and no refund will be given.
Builder Gel Nails
Builder gel treatments are carried out on natural nails only. Results and longevity can vary depending on nail condition and aftercare. I am not responsible for breakages or lifting caused by incorrect aftercare, misuse, or external damage.
Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty treatments, refunds are not offered. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable solution.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone where I believe it would be unsafe, inappropriate, or where these Terms & Conditions are not respected.

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price agreed at the time of booking.

You acknowledge the cancellation and no-show policy, agree to provide accurate medical and personal information, and understand that refunds are not offered on completed treatments. You also confirm that you meet the age requirements for intimate waxing treatments.
