We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests are made just before a 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur an 80% cancellation fee
Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will be classed as a no-show.
All no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.

If you choose to pay by cash, please ensure you bring the exact amount, as we do not normally carry change.

Your set will then be fully tailored to you, choosing the most flattering lengths, curls, thickness and mapping to create a personalised result. This service combines different techniques where needed, allowing me to design a lash set that enhances your eyes and suits your individual style
