If you need to cancel your Appointment 48 hours beforehand you will need to pay a 50% cancellation fee, if you cancel less then 48 hours you will need to pay 100%. This will need to be paid before booking in for another appointment if failure to do so you won’t be able to book back in.
If you don’t turn up to your appointment, you will be charged the FULL amount of your appointment. If failed to do so, no future bookings will be made until the payment is paid
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash
I don’t normally have change on me, so bank transfer is preferred
