You are welcome to message me for any enquiries, advice, or help choosing the correct treatment.
However, all bookings must be completed through the booking link to ensure your appointment is scheduled correctly.
This allows you to easily view my availability, select your desired treatment, and manage your appointment efficiently.
Please note, appointments are not confirmed through messages alone and will only be secured once booked via the system.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and is taken automatically through the booking system.
Appointments cannot be secured without a deposit, and your selected time slot is only confirmed once this has been paid.
All deposits are deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.
Please note that deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend your appointment.
I completely understand that plans can change, so I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service and best results.
If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible.
Arrivals of more than 10-15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened to fit within the remaining time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and will still be chargeable.
Infills are offered within 2-3 weeks of your original appointment and must meet the required lash retention level to be booked accordingly.
Two-week infills require a minimum of 50% of lashes remaining. If this requirement is not met, the appointment will be treated as a three-week infill.
Three-week infills require a minimum of 20% of lashes remaining. If this requirement is not met, the appointment will be charged as a full set.
'Fluff-up' appointments are available within 5 days of your original full set to lightly refresh your lashes.
Appointments outside of this 5-day period will be classed as a two-week infill.
Please note that I do not infill work carried out by other lash technicians. If you currently have lashes from another artist, a removal and full set will be required to ensure the quality and consistency of my work.
Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice will be classed as a no-show.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
This must be paid in full before any future bookings can be made.
A new deposit will also be required to secure any future appointments.
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
This policy is in place to protect my time and ensure fairness to all clients.
To achieve the best results and retention, please arrive with clean lashes free from makeup, oils, or residue.
Avoid caffeine prior to your appointment where possible, as this can make it more difficult to relax.
The salon is a calm, quiet space designed for you to fully switch off and enjoy your appointment. This is your time to relax, unwind, and have a moment for yourself.
For this reason, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. If you would like to bring a plus one, please message me in advance to check if this can be accommodated.
Please note that I am unable to accommodate children, as my full attention is required to ensure the best results and a safe, relaxing experience for you.

The remaining balance is due at your appointment and can be paid via cash or bank transfer.
Please ensure you arrive prepared with your chosen payment method, as I may not always be able to accommodate alternatives on the day.
All services are non-refundable once completed, as time and products are allocated specifically for your appointment. However, if you have any concerns, please contact me within 24 hours so I can resolve any issues where possible.
Please note that any outstanding balances, including late cancellation or no-show fees, must be cleared in full before any future appointments can be booked.

Please note that the door is kept locked for security purposes, so I kindly ask that you message me on arrival and I will let you in.
