By booking an appointment with Laura Mac PMU, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Deposits

All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

2. Eligibility for Treatment

Clients must be aged 18 or over for all Permanent Makeup treatments. By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Certain medical conditions, medications, or skin conditions may make you unsuitable for treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history during consultation. Laura Mac PMU reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

3. Consultations & Results

Consultations (where applicable) are conducted to assess suitability and discuss desired outcomes. While every effort is made to achieve your desired result, outcomes may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Permanent Makeup is a multi-step process and may require additional sessions to achieve optimal results. These may be charged separately unless stated otherwise.

4. Patch Testing

Patch tests may be required prior to certain treatments. It is your responsibility to book and attend this appointment where advised. Failure to do so may result in your treatment being postponed and your deposit forfeited.

5. Cancellation Policy

By booking, you agree to our Cancellation Policy. Please refer to the full policy provided at the time of booking.

6. Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling. This will be treated in line with the Cancellation Policy.

7. Right to Refuse Treatment

Laura Mac PMU reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or if client behaviour is inappropriate.

8. Pre Procedure Advice/ Aftercare Responsibility

Pre procedure advice will be provided this must be followed to allow the treatment to commence. If you don’t follow this advice this will affect the ability to carry out the treatment entirely or affect the treatment results.

You will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions. Results are highly dependent on following this guidance. Failure to adhere to aftercare may affect your results, and no guarantee can be made under these circumstances.

9. Liability

While the highest standards of hygiene, care, and professionalism are maintained, Laura Mac PMU cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions where all procedures have been followed correctly and aftercare advice has not been adhered to.

10. Payments

All payments are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.

11. Photography & Consent

With your consent, photographs and videos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes. These images remain the property of Laura Mac PMU and may be used across digital platforms.

These terms are in place to protect both your experience and the standard of service we uphold.
