I REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS’ NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
- CANCELLATIONS WITH 24 HOURS OR MORE NOTICE WILL INCUR A 50% CHARGE OF THE TREATMENT COST.
- CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE TREATMENT COST. THIS MUST BE PAID BEFORE ANY FUTURE BOOKINGS CAN BE MADE.
NO-SHOWS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 100% OF THE TREATMENT COST.
LATE ARRIVALS
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
- ARRIVALS MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL BE CLASSED AS A NO-SHOW AND THE FULL TREATMENT COST WILL BE CHARGED.
- IF I AM STILL ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE SHORTENED, BUT THE FULL TREATMENT COST WILL STILL APPLY
NAIL REMOVAL POLICY
I ONLY REMOVE WORK CARRIED OUT BY MYSELF OR OTHER QUALIFIED UK-BASED NAIL TECHNICIANS.
I DO NOT REMOVE WORK FROM NON-QUALIFIED OR HIGH-VOLUME “CHOP SHOP” SALONS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CERTAIN OVERSEAS-RUN SALONS), DUE TO HEALTH, SAFETY, AND QUALITY STANDARDS. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE PRODUCTS SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO MMA, YOU WILL BE CHARGED MY HOURLY RATE UNTIL THE REMOVAL IS COMPLETE. STARTING FROM £15 PER HOUR.
TREATMENT SUITABILITY & CONTRAINDICATIONS
CLIENTS MUST DISCLOSE ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS, ALLERGIES, MEDICATIONS, OR SENSITIVITIES PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT IF IT IS DEEMED UNSAFE.
PATCH TESTING
PATCH TESTS ARE REQUIRED FOR TREATMENTS SUCH AS TINTING AND BROW LAMINATION AT LEAST 24–48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO ATTEND A PATCH TEST MAY RESULT IN YOUR TREATMENT BEING CANCELLED AND CHARGED.
CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL GUESTS
TO MAINTAIN A SAFE AND RELAXING ENVIRONMENT, I KINDLY ASK THAT YOU DO NOT BRING CHILDREN OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AGREED.
AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY
AFTERCARE ADVICE WILL BE PROVIDED WHERE NECESSARY. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES ARISING FROM FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDED AFTERCARE.
REFUNDS & SATISFACTION
DUE TO THE NATURE OF MY SERVICES, REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR TREATMENT, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS SO WE CAN ASSESS AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE WHERE POSSIBLE.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE DISPLAYING INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR, ARRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, OR FAILING TO ADHERE TO SALON POLICIES.

AS I AM A HOME-BASED SALON, I KINDLY ASK THAT YOU RESPECT MY SPACE:

-ON ARRIVAL, I KINDLY ASK THAT YOU WAIT IN YOUR CAR UNTIL I INVITE YOU TO COME THROUGH, TO ENSURE I AM READY FOR YOU AND TO AVOID OVERLAP WITH OTHER CLIENTS.
