Terms & Conditions of booking in with Illusive Artistry
Upon booking in you accept the terms and conditions as set out in my policies within the policy section which is viewable on my website. Which includes all policies and the Cancellation & FTA policy.
This also includes privacy regarding address- breach of this policy will result in legal action. It will also be a clear and direct breach of GDPR law. Please read the policies before booking in.
If you are booking a treatment for the first time a mandatory consultation form must be filled in prior to your appointment this is sent via email once the booking has been accepted, failure to complete this will result in the booking being cancelled and a 25% cancellation fee being charged for cancellations for failure to complete the consultation form. This is to protect not only my business but to be compliant with insurance.
Failure to attend ' No Show' your appointment results in a 100% service fee charge as per my policies which you agree to at the time of booking, please see cancellation policy for further information.
