Through a number of exercises and meditations that I've been working on for over a decade, I will guide you to a joyful and ecstatic state where the normal thinking mind can be temporarily set aside, and the beautiful wild feminine essences can flow through you, move you, guide you, speak to you.

This is a movement workshop that takes place outside.
