Welcome to The Training Hub London, a beauty collective and training academy. Thank you so much for choosing to book in with us, please read the following TE/Cs before

ALL treatments require a deposit to be booked. Deposits will be deducted from the total price of the treatment and the remaining balance is to be paid in CASH on the day of the appointment.

Please arrive to your appointment ON TIME. We do not have an accessible waiting area so please make sure you arrive at the appoictment time and NOT earlier. *If there is a possibility that you will arrive late please ensure to let me know ASAP. I give a 10 MINUTE grace period before your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited, you will then need to make a new booking on an alternative date.

If under any circumstances you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment date, will result in a £30 cancellation fee.

If you fail to attend an appointment without notifying me or cancelling via the email link, you will have to pay the FULL amount of the missed appointment before being able to book in again. You will also need to pay for the new appointment IN FULL when making the booking.

If you need to make any changes to your appointment (for example, you have booked in for multiple treatments and no longer require one of your treatments) - this must be done 48 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment date. Any changes made WITHIN the 48 hour window or on the day of the appointment will incur the original booking price cost. Changes made on such short notice will be treated as a last minute cancellation and you will be required to pay the FULL amount of your booking.
