Cancellation Policy To ensure we can offer the best service to all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. When you book with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations prevent us from accommodating other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service. No Shows Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice ("No Shows") will result in a full charge of 100% of the reserved service amount. This must be settled before any future bookings can be made. Clients with two or more missed appointments may be required to pay in full for any upcoming treatments at the time of booking. Timeliness We aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure we can give you our best service, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We also strive to begin your treatment promptly and finish on schedule. If we are running behind due to a previous appointment, we will notify you via call or text to keep you informed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment, as it may impact subsequent appointments. We appreciate you letting us know if you’re running late. A 5 minute grace period is allowed, after which we will need to reschedule your appointment if we haven’t heard from you. Deposit Policy A deposit is required for certain treatments and during specific times of the year. We will inform you of this requirement when booking. Pricing and Tariffs We reserve the right to modify treatment prices without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website. However, you will always be charged the price that was in effect at the time of your booking. Medical Information Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect your treatment options at the time of booking. This allows us to recommend the best treatments for you. Bookings If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have experienced any changes in your health or medication since your last visit, please notify us at the time of booking or at the start of your appointment. Card details are required at the time of booking. The card will be charged 50% of your treatment cost if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or 100% if you fail to attend. We reserve the right to refuse future treatments if this occurs. Waxing Aftercare To ensure the best results and avoid irritation, please refrain from heat treatments immediately before or after a waxing session. This includes sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, jacuzzis, and heavy exercise or swimming for 24 hours post-treatment. Teenage Treatments For clients under 16, parental consent is required for all treatments. A parent or guardian must accompany minors during their appointment. Reminder Service We offer an appointment reminder service via email. Please provide your email address when booking so we can ensure you don’t miss your appointment. Privacy Policy Your personal details will always remain private and confidential. We pride ourselves on maintaining a respectful and discreet environment—what happens in the treatment room stays in the treatment room
