I need a clean canvas to work with; I can remove other nail techs’ work however I will only remove gel, builder gel or hard gel. If you require removal, please ensure that you add this on as another service with your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled with a 100% charge.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with sufficient notice (see cancellation policy).
You must inform me of any allergies, infections, or medical conditions prior to treatment.
Services will not be carried out on clients with fungal infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions.
