We value your time and commitment to our services. To provide the best experience for all our clients, please review our policies before booking:
1. Deposit Required
Clients are required to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure a booking, booking fees vary by treatment. This booking fee will be taken off your appointment total.
2. Cancellation Notice:
Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
3. Late Cancellation Fee:
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will lose their booking fee paid upon booking. This fee is intended to compensate for the time reserved for your appointment that could have been allocated to another client.
4. No-Show Policy:
If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, their booking fee will be kept. To rebook an appointment, it must be paid in full. Multiple no shows will be removed from the books.
5. Running Late:
If a client is running late, we must be notified. Any more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and client’s booking fee kept.
6. Patch Test:
Please let us know if you have had and reactions to previous treatments. Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before certains treatments, this can be done by appointment only which will be accompanied by your consultation. Failure to complete a patch test will mean the treatment cannot be carried out.
7. Under 16s:
Any client under the age of 16 must have an adult present for the entire appointment and sign a consent form
