This is the third time I have been to Liz for a reflexology treatment. Liz is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable and an excellent reflexologist. I really enjoy the treatment which I find very relaxing and beneficial to my health. I intend to make this a regular occurrence.

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Liz this morning and honestly, it was amazing! From start to finish, Liz was so lovely, welcoming and professional. The massage was exactly what I needed and I left feeling so relaxed and like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I’ll definitely be booking in with Liz again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a really relaxing and lovely experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing from start to finish! I had the Mum’s Reset Package - back, neck & shoulder massage, glow facial and Indian head massage and it was pure bliss. Liz was so friendly and welcoming right from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease and 100% relaxed the whole time. As a busy working mum, this was exactly what I needed. I’ve only been home 15 minutes and I’ve already told two people how fabulous Liz and the whole experience was! I really hope Liz continues this treatment.
