General

All treatments are carried out by a fully qualified therapist.

Clients must be 16+ to receive treatment.

Bookings must be made through Solo Booking System.

Appointments are only confirmed once a deposit has been paid.

Arriving late may reduce your treatment time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

48 hours' notice is required to cancel or move an appointment.

Cancellations under 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.

No shows are charged in full.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred with adequate notice.

Payments

Payment methods are cash or bank transfer, or through solo payment. This will hold a small fee.

Gift Vouchers

Valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

Non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Patch Test & Treatment suitability

Patch tests are required for all tinting and Lash Lift treatments.

Treatment will be refused if a patch test has not been completed.

Clients are responsible for attending their patch test at least 24-48 hours prior to treatment.

Love Beauty reserves the right to decline treatment if contraindications are present.

Medical Disclosure

Clients Must:

Disclose of any health conditions, pregnancy, allergies, and medications prior to treatment.

Understand that failure to disclose may result in refusal of treatment.

Acknowledge that Love Beauty is not responsible for reactions caused by withheld information.

Refund Policy

No refunds are given for completed treatments.

If a client is dissatisfied, Love Beauty will discuss a suitable alternative or solution.

No refunds on Gift Vouchers.

Prices & Changes

Promotions are time-limited.

Black Friday and seasonal offers may have their specific terms.

Prices are subject to change at any time

Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is collected for booking purposes, safely performing treatments, and communication.

Love Beauty will never share personal data with third parties.

Solo explicitly states they are committed to GDPR compliance

Solo process personal data carefully and provide legal rights (like deletion) in line with data protection laws.

Health & Safety

Clients should rearrange their appointment if they feel unwell.

Love Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client is visibly unwell.
