Having been facing some unexpected but serious heath issues for the past eighteen months, it was suggested that I might benefit from a visit to see Claire at the Hampton Hub, where she currently practices RAAH (Reiki Angelic Alchemy Healing for those who like me, didn't know). It’s an alternative holistic health service, and although I had no ideas nor preconceptions regarding what to expect, I was prepared to keep an open mind. After my session I managed to sleep all night long without having my sleep interrupted by the need to go to the bathroom once or twice, as has been the norm since my immunotherapy treatment ceased. I also found that I wasn’t in as much discomfort as I have been, and have felt much more positive about everything in general. My back has been my Achilles Heel for many years. So get this; during this past week since my session I’ve physically shovelled and spread around two tonnes of topsoil and laid 25 square metres of turf, with the aid of an old friend. I’ve also been pretty active over the weekend, having driven around 300 miles and actively taken part in some motorsport events. I should be dead on my feet, but I’m not. A bit tired from time to time but that’s my new normal anyway, and I can deal with that. I would highly recommend Claire and will be seeing her again in the near future.

I had an amazing R.A.A.H Reiki session with Claire as I was dealing with a chronic health issue and felt there was more going on energetically that was impacting on my health. Claire was able to help remove many energetic cords and hooks that were syphoning my energy from past traumas and negative people whom I had let go of physically but not energetically. I left feeling lighter and more at peace than I had felt in a long time and many of my health symptoms improved overnight and I continue to feel the benefits 2 weeks later. I would definitely recommend her and will be booking again.

I booked a 90 min session with Claire that combined a Soundbath, Chakra Clearing & Balancing with a card reading and I left feeling, lighter, energized and clearer on my path, like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Since the session, I have experienced better sleep, my stomach pains has disappeared I am more relaxed and don't get overwhelmed by life so much. Just yesterday I found out I have been put forward for a promotion at work and I was thinking about leaving as was not feeling valued by my boss! My reading was linked to my career as I was not seeing a future at my workplace wondered if I should look for another job and the cards showed that new opportunities were coming and to hang tight. I'm still buzzing!!!

Angelic Universal Regression Alchemy (A.U.R.A)
This is an advanced Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique that connects you to your Higher Self. With the use of Sacred Alchemy, Channelling Source Love Light energy, connecting and receiving assistance from your Higher Self, your soul guides, and the angels, allows for the safest and most sacred of self-healing and a remembrance of who we truly are. Through the Theta brainwave, A.U.R.A assists you to safely travel to your past, present, or future self where issues are addressed, facilitating the ability for positive transformation and self-healing. Through this technique you can safely observe the experiences that are causing you pain, trauma, or any other negative emotions and feelings. Finding the root cause to these issues and transmuting them is how we heal. With your Higher Self’s permission, together we work within Source Love-Light to create a beautiful bridge to self-healing – connecting you to the love-Light Healer within you!
What to expect in a session:
We start with an in-depth interview where you can share all of your core memories from childhood to present day that could be impacting your health and life.(usually up to 1 hr). Next you will lie down comfortably with a pillow and light blanket and placed in protective energetic shields before I start the sacred alchemy and energy work and to start removing blockages to assist you to connect with your Higher Self (HS). This includes a crystal singing bowls soundbath. After the sacred energy work, we start the regression where your HS will take you to a time and place you need for your highest healing. This could be a past, present or future time in place, a healing space, or may take you to more than 1 place if multiple healing is needed. Next your HS and the assistance of any angels, ascended masters or soul guides they choose to assist, will perform a thorough body scan including DNA, tree of life and all soul fractals of you throughout all time and space. Using sacred alchemy and source love-light, all infringements will be energetically removed and your HS will ensure to set you back to your original organic soul blueprint and put you on your highest most organic timeline. Once the body scan is complete, you will be able to ask up to 7 questions to your HS about your current life. Once your HS is satisfied that we have completed your healing session, I will safely bring you back from your self-healing journey.
During the body scan: Things that can be addressed include blocked or mis-aligned chakras, negative implants, portals, hooks, illnesses, disease, negative cords, removal of negative entities/parasites, removal of negative contracts, healing through all ancestral lines, healing from all pharmaceutical side effects and vaccines, addressing traumas from past and current life and much more…
The session is recorded and sent to the client shortly after session and they will be advised to watch it back within 48 hrs. the client also receives a printable teaching how to shield themselves and their family energetically to assist them in keeping themselves free from further energetic infringements.
This service is currently only available from the comfort of your own home via zoom.

This is an advanced reiki healing technique and an excellent first step for those not yet ready for an A.U.R.A regression. It includes the same sacred energy work used in an A.U.R.A session and the body scan. (see description above). The interview is much shorter and mainly covers ailments that the client seeks help with.
What to expect in a session: We will start with a short interview where you will share what ailments you have and what you would like help to resolve (usually up to 15 mins). Next, you will lie down comfortably with a pillow and light blanket and I will place you in sacred energetic protective shields before starting the energy work. The energy work will clear any blockages to have in connecting to your HS and soul guides. After the energy work I will work with your HS on your body scan, using Source Love-Light energy and sacred alchemy to remove all infringements including within your DNA and tree of life.
During the body scan: Things that can be addressed include blocked or mis-aligned chakras, negative implants, portals, hooks, illnesses, disease, negative cords, removal of negative entities/parasites, removal of negative contracts, healing through all ancestral lines, healing from all pharmaceutical side effects and vaccines, addressing traumas from past and current life and much more…
These energy imbalances can show up in our body as illnesses and/or dis-ease. Once we address these issues within us, we can then raise our vibration to flow with love-light once more, facilitating beautiful self-healing to occur.
The session is recorded and sent to the client shortly after session and can be re-watched to receive the energy work multiple times. The client will also be sent a simple shielding exercise to assist them from further energetic infringements.

Crystal Healing can be used for ,Clearing energy blockages, chakra balancing, Internal organ balancing, divination, connecting to your higher Self, helping you ground and so much more.
Each session is unique to the individual and can also be used in combination with Sound, Reiki and Tarot on request providing a truly bespoke service.

If you are at a crossroads in your life whether it is for Love, Career or Life Path, Tarot can be a useful tool to help you get more clarity on which path to take. It reveals your past, present and the potential future timelines yet to play out.
All future timelines are not set in stone but are influenced by decision we make on a daily basis through our free-will choices and Tarot can assist by revealing the most likely outcome of choices you have yet to make.
I use Tarot, Oracle Cards, Crystals/Pendulums and intuition to help you get more clarity for the best possible outcome to your questions/ current situation.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you are "bathed" in resonant sound waves. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, drumming and chimes, the vibrations help to slow down brainwaves, soothe the nervous system, Unblock energy centres, and encourage profound physical and mental relaxation.
Each sound bath is bespoke to the client, tailored to their specific needs and can be combined with Reiki, Crystal and/or a Tarot card reading.
