Massage – Before Your Treatment
• Arrive a few minutes early to relax and unwind. • Avoid eating heavy meals or drinking alcohol before your massage. • Stay hydrated before and after. • Let your therapist know of any injuries, medical conditions, or areas of tension
Wood Therapy – Before Your Treatment
• Drink plenty of water before your appointment to prepare your lymphatic system. • Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and heavy meals for 24 hours prior. • Wear loose, comfortable clothing. • Avoid applying body oils, lotions, or fake tan before your session. • Let your therapist know if you have any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or skin sensitivities.
Lash Lift – Before Your Treatment
• Arrive with clean lashes – no mascara or eye makeup. • Avoid waterproof mascara for 48 hours before. • Remove contact lenses before your appointment. • Do not use lash serums on the day of your treatment.
Brow Lamination – Before Your Treatment
• Arrive with clean brows, free from makeup or oils. • Avoid fake tanning products on the face for 24 hours before. • Do not use exfoliants or retinol near the brow area for 48 hours. • Let your therapist know if you’ve had any recent skin treatments or sensitivity.
Lash & Brow Tint – Before Your Treatment
• Please arrive makeup-free around the eyes and brows. • A patch test must be completed at least 48 hours before. • Avoid using oils or heavy creams on the area before your appointment.
• Hair should be around 0.5–1cm in length (about a grain of rice). • Exfoliate gently 24 hours before (not on the day). • Avoid moisturiser, fake tan, and tight clothing on the day. • A patch test may be required for intimate areas or first-time clients.
Skinbase IPL Hair Removal – Before Your Treatment
• The area must be clean-shaven 24 hours before your appointment. • Avoid sun exposure, tanning & self-tan for 2 weeks prior. • Do not wax, pluck or thread for 4 weeks before (shaving only). • Remove all creams, deodorants, and makeup before your session. • A consultation and patch test are required before starting your course.
