By booking an appointment through our Solo booking system, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These policies ensure a smooth, fair, and professional experience for every client. 💛
Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or cancelled, and the full treatment price will still apply.
Repeated lateness may affect future bookings.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans can change — we just ask for as much notice as possible.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged in full.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Thank you for respecting our time and helping us keep appointments available for other clients.
Patch Tests
Patch tests are required for some treatments such as lash lifts, brow tints, and IPL hair removal at least 48 hours before your appointment.
They are valid for 6 months, unless your medical history or medication changes.
If a patch test is missed or not completed in time, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled for your safety.
Health & Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before your appointment.
Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not considered safe to proceed.
Payments
Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer only.
Payment is due on the day of your appointment or in advance if requested.
Please note: card payments are not currently accepted.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be used towards any treatments or products at Lumina Beauty Salon.
They are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date stated.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used towards late cancellation fees.
Photography & Privacy
Your privacy and comfort are a priority.
All personal details are stored securely and handled in line with GDPR regulations.
We will never share your information without your consent.
If photos or videos are requested for marketing purposes, this will only be done with your permission.
Complaints Procedure
If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly, fairly, and professionally.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other clients.
Your comfort, safety, and the calm salon atmosphere are our top priority.
