By signing you agree to the booking and cancellation policy. Your consultation form must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Reschedules or cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment are subject to a loss of the 50% deposit or treatment cost. Where reschedules or cancellations are made within 24 hours, 100% of the treatment price will be required. During the appointment, I may take photos / videos for your client file or for marketing use. I will ask your permission before I capture content.
