By signing you agree to the booking and cancellation policy. 1. To ensure I can meet your nail goals, for all new clients, please complete your consultation form at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Existing clients will be contacted 24-48 hours prior to each appointment for colour preferences. 2. To secure your preferred appointment time, a 50% deposit is required for all new clients. 3. Reschedules or cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment are subject to a loss of the 50% deposit or treatment cost. Where reschedules or cancellations are made within 24 hours, 100% of the treatment price will be required. 4. To ensure you get the best standard of nails that last, wherever possible please kindly do not use your phone during your appointment. This is also a great opportunity for you to enjoy some screen downtime. 5. During the appointment, I may take photos / videos for your client file or for marketing use. I will ask your permission before I capture content.
