To receive the full package of our business and ensure customers are satisfied with the outcome. £10 non-refundable booking fee for all new clients. It first comes first serve. Please always allow maximum time for your appointment. Failure to attend treatment or notify beautician with 48 hours of treatment will result in 50% charge of treatment. Consultation must be filled at arrival before proceeding onto treatment. Failure to complete will lead to cancellation.
