Late Policy
If you arrive late, please note that your session might get shortened to accommodate other appointments.
Refund Policy
If you think the treatment is not satisfactory you can end your session within 15mins from the start with no charge for the treatment. Refund request will not be accepted after completion of the session.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 24 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking fee. You will be charged 100% of the booking fee if cancel 2 hours before your booking or no-show.
